How to make a purchase on our website?

Buying on the ATA STORE website is very simple. Just click on the articles to access their descriptions, select the color and quantities and add to the cart. You can repeat this operation for each item you wish to purchase. The marked items will remain in your shopping cart. Once you have finished your selection, click on the “Checkout” button and follow the steps indicated: Identification, General Billing Information and Payment Method Selection.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, ATA STORE sends to Europe, and to several countries in the rest of the world. See the list of countries in the previous FAQ. The shipping cost is calculated at the time of purchase.


Before returning, please check that:

The item must not have been used, washed or damaged; the article must be in its original packaging; only returns made within 30 days after the delivery date will be accepted; the above conditions must be respected so that ATA STORE can evaluate the refund of the article. After receiving the order, the customer has a period of 30 days to return or exchange his / her item (s). The shipping of products for exchange and return are supported by the customer and they must be accompanied by the exchange and return document duly completed. In case of product defect, contact ATASTORE. The costs of returning and resending defective products are borne by ATASTORE.

When and how will I receive the refund?

Once the returned order has been received, ATASTORE will analyze and confirm its condition and, once the return is approved, you will receive the amount corresponding to the item returned in the same form in which you made your purchase. If the returned items are damaged or worn, ATASTORE reserves the right not to accept the exchange / return and to refuse to refund them. Any fees and taxes that have been paid either by shipping or by returning the order will not be refunded. After receiving the return, and if all the requirements of our Return Policy are confirmed, you will receive an email stating that the refund will be processed. The time required to return your money will depend on the payment method used, up to 15 days.

How is the refund processed?

You will receive your refund using the method you used to make your payment. Credit Card: the deadline for the refund amount to be credited to your account depends on the policy of the card issuing bank; PayPal: the refunded amount will be credited to your PayPal account and will be immediately visible. The deadline for the return amount to be credited to the card associated with your PayPal account depends on the card policy of the bank issuing your card; ATM References: the amount will be credited to your account after receipt and verification of your return. When using this method of payment, in case of return and to proceed with the return of money, you must indicate your IBAN, which must be from the same country where the order is invoiced. Without this information we will not be able to transfer the refund amount.

Where do I enter the code?

On your shopping cart page you will have a field where you enter your promotional code. Once you enter your code, the discount will be reflected in the final price.

Are the prices the same as in a physical store?

ATASTORE is currently only available virtually (we have no physical store open) so the prices we practice at are the actual prices of our products.
